The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer seeking a direction upon the respondent-JAC to publish the result for JTET-2012. A further prayer has been made by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent-IGNOU to issue final grade card and certificate of DPE to the petitioner.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is mainly concerned with the result of JTET-2012 published by the Jharkhand Academic Council which published the candidature of the petitioner rejected.

3. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, the learned counsel for the respondent-JAC referring to Annexure-3, which is the representation of the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself has admitted that the certificate of Diploma in Primary Education (DPE) has not been issued by the respondent-IGNOU.

4. It is not in dispute that the candidates whose results were not published however were permitted to appear in JTET-2012, were required to furnish original certificates on or before 13.05.2013. Thereafter also the candidates were permitted to send certificates in PDF format between 22.05.2013 and 24.05.2013. Admittedly, the petitioner was not able to furnish his certificate of essential educational qualification. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent-JAC to publish his result cannot be granted. The writ petition stands dismissed.
