Let Respondent no. 2 look into the instant matter and ensure that the spill way gate of Sitarampur Dam situated at Adityapur, for which the estimate has already been approved, be repaired without any waste of time, lest it deteriorates the storage capacity of the Dam.

We have also been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that so is the condition with regard to Patratu Dam as reported in the newspaper.

Respondent no. 2 shall take care of that aspect also. Disposed of Accordingly.
