15/08.01.2016 This case was listed under the heading ‘for orders’ on 05.10.2015 but even after repeated calls, no body had appeared to press this application, however, direction was given to put up this case in the next week. Today also, nobody has appeared to press this application.
It also appears from the record that this appeal was filed in the year 2000 but even after lapse of 15 years, the interlocutory application relating to limitation has not been disposed of due to indifferent attitude of the petitioner. This S.L.A. was earlier rejected due to non-compliance of the order dated 06.08.2012 but subsequently the same was restored.
In that view of the matter, this S.L.A. is, hereby, dismissed due to non-prosecution.
