1 . The instant appeal is on Board since 12th July, 2016 when counsel for the appellant was given two weeks time to remove the defects pointed out by the Registry. When taken up on the next date, i.e. 9th August, 2016 on request, another two weeks time was granted as the defects were not removed. Today neither counsel for the appellants has come present nor defect nos. 2 to 9 have been removed till date. It appears that the appellants have lost all interest to prosecute the instant appeal.
2 . Dismissed for non-prosecution.
