03/04.03.2016 Mr. Parth S. A. Swaroop Pati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, has submitted that Sections 5/9 of the Lottery Regulations Act, 1998 is not applicable in the case of the petitioners.
Mr. Anand Kr Pandey, learned A.P.P., is directed to take instruction with respect to the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners and shall also take instruction with respect to the notification, if any, issued by the State Government in terms of the Section 5 of the Lottery Regulations Act, 1998.
