04/15.07.2016 Heard Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kr Pandey-2, learned A.P.P. for the State.
In this application petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 29.04.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 3015 of 2015.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender within the time specified by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2016 due to the fact that communication was made after the expiry of the specified period.
Having being satisfied by the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 29.04.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 3015 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender be extended further by three weeks from the date of this order.
