In this application, the petitioners have prayed for extension of period of surrender granted in A.B.A. No. 3672 of 2015.
It has been submitted that since the order dated 3.12.2015, passed in A.B.A. No. 3672 of 2015 could not be communicated to the petitioners, as such they could not surrender within the period assigned in the said order.
Having been satisfied with the reasons, mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the order dated 3.12.2015, passed in A.B.A. No. 3672 of 2015, is modified by extending the period of surrender of the petitioners till 16.02.2016.
Let this order be communicated through Fax at the cost of the petitioners.
