4/05.02.2016 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Choubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mrs. Sadhna Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Union of India.
The petitioners are accused in connection with N.C.B. Case No. 2 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected in B. A. No. 2346 of 2015 vide 19.05.2015 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail after 6 months.
The allegation against the petitioners is of recovery from their possession of 25 kg. of Ganja for which he has remained in custody since 03.12.2014.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of A.D.J. II cum Special Judge II, Jamshedpur (East Singhbhum) in connection with N. C. B. Case No. 2 of 2014 corresponding to Special Case No. 15 of 2014.
