In view of the aforesaid limited submission, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed, as the order, passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition, having been complied with, there is no willful disobedience by the respondents of the order passed by this Court dated 17^th January, 2012 in W.P.(S) No. 1334 of 2005.
