Learned counsel for both the sides submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 1^st March, 2007 in W.P.(S) No. 2856 of 2006, for non-compliance of which this contempt petition has been preferred, has now been complied with.

In view of the aforesaid limited submission, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed, as the order, passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition, having been complied with, there is no willful disobedience by the respondents of the order passed by this Court dated 1^st March, 2007 in W.P.(S) No. 2856 of 2006.
