(S) No.3528 of 2015, for non-compliance of which this contempt application has been preferred, has now been complied and a draft of Rs.4,56,625/- has already been given to the applicant, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure A to the counter affidavit.
2) In view of the aforesaid submissions, this contempt application is dismissed.
