1) Counsel for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.6774 of 2013 order dated 18.05.2015, now the respondents have passed a reasoned order dated 01.06.2016, which is annexed as Annexure C to the counter affidavit filed by the respondents.
2) In view of the reasoned order passed by the respondents, as stated herein above, there is no willful disobedience by the respondents of the order passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition. However, liberty is reserved with the applicant to challenge the order passed by the respondents in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. 3) This contempt application is, hereby, dismissed.
