1) Counsel for the respondents-Univesity submitted that now papers about this petitioner has been sent to the Director, High Education, initially on 13.05.2013 and subsequently on 08.06.2016, because this petitioner has preferred an another writ petition for the similar facts.
3) Time, as prayed for from the State, is granted and it is expected from the Director, Higher Education that he will take an appropriate decision on or before the next date of hearing, failing which he shall remain personally present before this Court on the next date of hearing at 10.30 a.m. and if the necessary order is passed, there is no need to
remain present by the said officer.
