The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Burmu P.S. Case No.14 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1084 of 2015, S.T. No. 333 of 2015, for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have committed rape upon the informant.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner Ramdeo Oraon, is hereby rejected.
