Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.153 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.448 of 2015, S.T. No. 176 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 302, 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against seven named accused persons, including these petitioners, to have assaulted the son of the informant, causing his death. In the F.I.R., there is only omnibus allegation against these petitioners.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, Sambodh Pahan @ Sonbodh Pahan @ Somboth Munda & Nandlal Pahan, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti, in connection with, Khunti P.S. Case No.153 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.448 of 2015, S.T. No. 176 of 2015.
