2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 7 of 2016, pending in the court of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Latehar, lodged on the basis of the basis of one written report given by one Sanu Kumari dated 05.04.2016.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing to make out the charge of section 354 (B) of the I.P.C. and Section 8, 18 of the POCSO Act.

4. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner, above named on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 7 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. subject to the further condition that on the date of surrender, petitioner shall deposit Rs. 4,000/- in the trial court.
