Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Goikera P.S. Case No.29 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.279 of 2015.
The case relates to murder of the sister of the informant, whose dead body was found. The case was instituted against unknown.
The impugned order shows that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of his confessional statement.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Bisangi Surin is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Porahat at Chaibasa, in connection with Goikera P.S. Case No.29 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.279 of 2015.
