Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No.157 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1950 of 2015.
The case relates to dacoity by the members of the extremists group. The petitioners Bhim Shankar Singh and Birendra Singh are named in the FIR as they were known to the informant from before and the petitioners Rohit Singh and Nirmal Singh are named in the FIR stating that the accused persons were taking the names of each other.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, both these applications stand rejected.
