08/19.08.2013 Petitioner has once again preferred an interlocutory application being
I.A. No. 5813 of 2013 for fixing a date for early hearing of the matter.
Petitioner has been dismissed from service and the appeal and
memorial preferred by him has already been rejected.
Petitioner's application for early hearing of the application has already been rejected by this Court on 8.5.2013. From the order dated 8.5.2013 it also appears that this Court had observed that no grounds are made out for fixing an early date of hearing of the case in precedence over the older cases and the cases of the same age. In the instant I.A. also no fresh grounds are made for fixing the case for early hearing.
Accordingly, I.A. No. 5813 of 2013 stands rejected.
