Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents press a notification issued by Ministry of Personnel Public Grievance and Pensions dated 31st March, 2010 whereby and whereunder the matter for SAIL is to be adjudicated by Central Administrative Tribunal.
In that view of the matter counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a permission to move before Central Administrative Tribunal.
Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner as aforesaid.
