Mr. Sohail Anwar, the learned Senior counsel for the respondent-JAC submits that, a perusal of annexure-2 which is the covering page of the answer booklet discloses that the petitioner failed to write name of the post in the box and therefore, the computer did not accept the OMR sheet of the petitioner. It is further submitted that, the entire process of evaluation of OMR sheets is undertaken through a fully computerized system. The evaluation of answer sheets is computer generated and any error in filling up the boxes or omission to darken the bubbles would result in rejection of the answer sheets by the computer. It is further submitted that, no manual interference is permissible and therefore, the request of the petitioner for evaluation of the answer sheet and declaration of result was not accepted by the Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi.
