05/07.09.2015: It is jointly submitted that the matter may be referred to Mediation Centre, JHALSA, Ranchi.
It appears that the present petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with a prayer to transfer Title Matrimonial Suit No.478 of 2014 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro.
Since the parties are intending to sit for mediation, I do not feel inclined to allow the present petition, rather I feel expedient to observe that both the parties shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi in connection with Title Matrimonial Suit No.478 of 2014 on 19th September, 2015 and the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi shall himself try to do mediation to settle the dispute prevailing between spouses.
With the above observation and direction, this petition stands disposed of.
