It appears that respondent no.2 has appeared whereas respondent no.1 did not appear even after valid service of notice.
In the circumstances and also on being satisfied with the grounds taken, delay of 2 days in presenting the appeal is hereby condoned. Accordingly, I.A.No. 7262/2013 stands allowed.
