This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 356 of 2013 which stood dismissed on 04.02.2015 for non-compliance of the order dated 20.01.2015.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the defects were removed save and except one defect which could not be removed within time leading to dismissal of the Cr.M.P. No. 356 of 2013.
Considering the averments made in the instant application as well as the submissions made by the petitioner, this application is allowed.
Cr.M.P. No. 356 of 2013 is restored to its original file.
