Learned counsel for the opposite party submits on the basis of the showcause filed on their behalf that a reasoned order was passed as early as on 30.10.2007 in compliance of the order under offence. It was held that the petitioner is not entitled for A.C.P., however, rest of other post retirements including leave encashment, G.P.F., final Pension has already been authorized to the petitioner who is getting the same.
Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of. Proceedings are dropped.
