Prosecution.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 451 of 2009.
The case relates to murder of brother of the informant, whose dead body was recovered from a lake and in view of the fact that on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner, the weapon of offence was recovered from the place near lake, from where the dead body was found, earlier bail applications of this petitioner were rejected on merits thrice.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of petitioner, Rajendra Kumar Keshri @ Raju. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
