Prosecution.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Pandu P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1130 of 2015.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have kidnapped the minor child for murder, and the dead body of the child was also recovered.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Dharmendra Paswan, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
