3/20.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 366 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bokaro Thermal P.S. Case No.141 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.1359 of 2014.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have abducted the wife of the informant.
The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., wherein she has fully supported the case and stated that she was intoxicated by the petitioner and she was taken to unknown place.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
