02/01.12.2015 Heard Mr. Saibal Kumar Laik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by Mr. Sunil Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
Petitioner have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail, as they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 corresponding to G. R. No. 726 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations with respect to attempt to strangulate the complainant/informant are general and omnibus in nature against all the accused persons. It has further been submitted that the petitioner No. 1 is the Branch Manager of Axis Bank whereas the petitioner No. 2 is the Manager of Asansol Club.
Mr. Sunil Singh, learned counsel appearing for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and has submitted that the petitioners along with the other co-accused persons had tried to strangulate the complainant/informant.
It appears that the allegations levelled against the petitioners so far as the strangulation is concerned, is general and omnibus in nature and in similar circumstances rest of the co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad, in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 corresponding to G. R. No. 726 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
