05/01.05.2015. Bail petition filed by Md. Aarif @ Bablu Ansari, is moved by Mr. Abhijeet Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Mr. Amresh Kumar, A.P.P. for the State.
Earlier bail prayer of the petitioner rejected. However, it appears that charge has been framed under sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Both the offences are triable by a court of Magistrate. Petitioner is in custody from 29.11.2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this application and direct court below to enlarge the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Bokaro Thermal P.S.case no. 109/2013, corresponding to G.R.No. 1370/2013.
