the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad (Bank More) P.S case No.1189 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.5481 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was apprehended while he had gone to the bank for taking loan, on the basis of forged documents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Sazid Iqbal, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad (Bank More) P.S case No.1189 of 2014 corresponding to G.R No.5481 of 2014.
