It reveals that on account of purchasing re-charge coupon, some altercation took place between the informant and accused persons. It is alleged that the accused persons came back in the evening, entered into the shop of informant and caused assault to him.

In course of extending arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he wants to withdraw the prayer made on behalf of accused Nimesh Kumar Bhadani @ Nibesh Bhadani and Sudhir Bhadani.

In view of submissions, the prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of petitioners Nimesh Kumar Bhadani @ Nibesh Bhadani and Sudhir Bhadani stands dismissed as withdrawn.

So far remaining petitioners are concerned, it is submitted that they have been implicated with false and frivolous allegation. The story of theft has been super-added.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners Pappu Bhadani @ Abishek Bhadani, Manohar Ram Bhadani and Naman Bhadani are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks from today and on such surrender they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Sri Shwayambhu, learned J.M. 1^st Class, Giridih in connection with Nimiaghat P.S. Case No.87 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2636 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
