03/06.05.2015: This Cr.M.P. has been filed with a prayer to correct the name of the petitioner in the order dated 25th March, 2015 passed in B.A. No.9526 of 2014.
It is submitted that name of the petitioner is Sumit Minz, but inadvertently in the order dated 3rd December, 2014 passed by learned Judicial Commissioner-XIII in S.T. No.595 of 2014 name of the petitioner has been written as Sumit Tirkey instead of Sumit Minz. The defect so crept in was pointed out and to remove the defect the petitioner has corrected the name as Sumit Tirkey instead of Sumit Minz in B.A. No.9526 of 2014.
Now the petitioner has got the impugned order dated 3rd December, 2014 corrected by learned Judicial CommissionerXIII I/c and the name of the petitioner shall now be read as Sumit Minz.
Therefore, it is prayed that necessary correction be made in the order dated 25th March, 2015 passed in B.A. No.9526 of 2014 so that the petitioner may get release from the custody after furnishing bail bond.
Considering all these aspects, as indicated above, name of the petitioner is corrected and be read as “Sumit Minz” instead of “Sumit @ Sumit Tirkey @ Sumit Tirkeyjee” in the order dated 25th March, 2015 passed in B.A. No.9526 of 2014.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
