02/24.02.2014. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that
accepting the entire case of the informant of not executing the sale deed in spite of receiving consideration amount and then selling part of some of the lands to other accused persons, no case of forgery or cheating is made out.
In view of the submission, let notice be issued to the Opp. Party No.2, on filing requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D by Friday i.e. on 28.02.2014.
At the same time, the petitioners would be at liberty to take steps
for personal service of notice upon Opp. Party No.2.
Let this matter be listed in anticipation of the appearance of the
Opp. Party No.2.
