2./11.07.2014 Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence two restoration applications bearing Cr.M.P. No. 161 of 2011 and Cr.M.P. No. 1411 of 2012, have been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 372 of 2009. It was further submitted that the said Cr. Revision No. 372 of 2009 has already been restored vide order dated 31/07/2012, passed in Cr. M.P. No. 1411 of 2012 and, therefore, prayer has been made to withdraw this application, i.e. Cr.M.P. No. 161 of 2011.
Permission is accorded.
Let this criminal miscellaneous application be dismissed as withdrawn.
Under the circumstances, whatever objection has been raised by the office over the maintainability of Cr. M.P. No. 1411 of 2012 that need not to be adjudicated upon.
