The petitioners are accused in a case instituted under Sections 364A/ 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that earlier prayer for bail of these petitioners was rejected vide order dated 11.9.2013 but these petitioners have been renewing their prayer for bail, as they have been in custody since March, 2013 and that there has been no likelihood of early conclusion of trial.
