Bail application filed by petitioner Dilip Sao @ Langada in connection with Manjhiaon P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 511 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Civil Judge(Junior Division)-VIII at Garhwa is moved by Sri Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri S.P. Jha, learned Additional P.P. for the State.
It is alleged that petitioner indulged in selling of arms. Apart from this, he also involved in two other cases for the same offence.
Under the said circumstance, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, his bail application rejected.
However, if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
