From perusal of First Information Report and the case diary, it is clear that the victim was released by the petitioner without demanding ransom from any person.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstance and also taking into account that petitioner is in custody from 25.02.2014, I allow this application and direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Lohardaga in connection with S.T.No. 82/2013.
