Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Torpa P.S case No.83 of 2013 corresponding to G.R No.473 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 341, 325, 504, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the F.I.R., it appears that on 20.11.2013 the father of the informant was assaulted by the petitioner but no case was lodged. The case was lodged on 12.12.2013 by the informant alleging that the informant was not given the expenses incurred in the treatment of his father, as promised by the petitioner for not lodging the case. Subsequently, it appears that the father of the informant died and Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly in view of the fact that the F.I.R. has been lodged after much delay, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Claiment Bhengra on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Khunti, in connection with Torpa P.S case No.83 of 2013 corresponding to G.R No.473 of 2013.
