The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2187 of 2013.
From the FIR, it appears that one vehicle was recovered and from the said vehicle, arms and ammunitions were recovered. No one was apprehended at the spot and the case was instituted against unknown.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Krishna Mehta, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 2187 of 2013.
