Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The withdrawal of the present application would not prejudice the case of the applicant and when an application seeking grant of bail is moved before the trial court that would be decided on its merits as early as possible.
