The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with S.T. No. 678 of 2013, arising out of Karra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 354 of 2012.

The case relates to murder of the brother of the informant and the case was instituted against the petitioner on the basis of suspicion, stating that the deceased had affairs with this petitioner, due to which she might have committed the murder of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only due to suspicion and has, accordingly, prayed for bail.

The impugned order shows that the witnesses have stated only about the suspicion against the petitioner and there are confessional statements of the accused persons, including the petitioner.

In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Renu Samad @ Renu Somad, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-I, Khunti, in connection with S.T. No. 678 of 2013, arising out of Karra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 354 of 2012.
