Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 8/20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, in connection with Special Case No.15 of 2013(N), arising out of Lower Bazar P.S. Case No.252 of 2013.
There is recovery of five grams of brown sugar from the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner Md. Matin Ahmed on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands dismissed.
