03/01.02.2013. Bail application filed by Ujjawal Yadav is moved by Sri R.S.Mazumdar , learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri. Tapas Roy, Addl P.P. for the State.
From perusal of F.I.R., it appears that case of the petitioner is similar to co-accused Pradeep Yadav and Raghu Nandan Prasad Yadav. The aforesaid two co-accused have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.2.2010 in B.A.No.100/2010.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the court below to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Latehar in connection with Manika P.S. case no. 7 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 44 of 2009 .
