In terms of Order dated 20.02.2025, learned counsel for petitioners was directed to show as to how the dispute relating to the service conditions of employees with Employer Cooperative Society is amenable to the writ jurisdiction.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the matter is not amenable to the writ jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed . However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to seek remedy as may be available to them under law.
