Sakshi Sharma Vs Gotam Sharma

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of the petition filed by the respondent under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1995 for restitution of conjugal rights, titled, Gotam Sharma v. Sakshi Sharma from the court of Additional District Judge, Rajouri (wrongly written as 2^nd Additional District Judge, Rajouri) to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu or any other court of competent jurisdiction at Jammu.

Mr. Arun Gandotra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent as well as the respondent, who is present in person, concede the prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition.

In view of the submission of the respondent, the petition filed by the respondent under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1995 for restitution of conjugal rights, titled, Gotam Sharma v. Sakshi Sharma is transferred from the court of Additional District Judge, Rajouri to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu.

The learned Additional District Judge, Rajouri is directed to send the record of the petition mentioned above t o the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu. The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 04.09.2023.
