Mr. Pranav Kohli, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Arun Dev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have come to learn the fact that the petitioner has demised and till date no more of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner have not approached them.
In light of this, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. The legal representatives if any of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to seek revival of this writ petition or may put up their claim by reference to the deceasedpetitioner before the authorities concerned for consideration of the matter for which the petitioner came forward with the present writ petition if the cause survives.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous along with connected application.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
