This writ petition is pending in this Court since 2008. On 18.06.2008, the respondents was directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Supervisor Grade II on parity basis i.e. the way the respondent No. 5 has been considered. The petitioner has remain absent after passing this order on 01.08.2008 and 25.10.2021.
On 25.11.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to
seek instructions in the matter.
Today, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner nor counsel for the petitioner has report instructions in the matter.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present petition, as such, the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
