According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court while disposing of application for interim relief had directed the respondents to accord consideration to the release of duly earned wages of the petitioner in accordance with rules and regulations.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner and have contended in their objections filed to the petition that the claim stands rejected. A rejection order is also stated to have been issued by the official respondents.
Mr. Rayees ud din Ganaie, appearing counsel for the respondents admits of the position.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition to challenge to the consideration orders.
Dismissed as not pressed.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
