None has appeared for the petitioner on the last two consecutive dates of hearing and none appeared today as well in the instant contempt petition. The petitioner has complaint in compliance of order dated 22.10.2009 passed in SWP No. 1911/2009.
Continuous non-appearance of the petitioner suggests that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the instant contempt petition, as such, dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to seek its revival within four weeks’ time from the date of passing of the order, in case, the cause survives.
